This does not represent all situations, call for appraisals outside the guidelines. This list becomes effective November 6, 2005. We generally offer two day turnaround on non-complex properties. Multi-family & Relocation appraisals can take up to four days. There are other forms that are sometimes required. Call for pricing on any special forms, as posting them all here would be too exhaustive.

Single Family Residential (includes condominiums) - INTERIOR INSPECTION ON NEW FNMA FORM 1004 - $375. Add $50 for appraisals estimated to be valued at $400,000 or above, and $50 for every $100,000 estimated value increase up to $1,000,000. $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 is $725. Call for over $2,000,000. Add $75 for complex properties, including properties with more than three acres. |
